Wonderful Bukit Jalil Park

          In the evening, I was gone to Bukit Jalil Park with my family. Times spent with family are precious. Cherish every single moment before Chinese New Year comes! Moreover, this park is the best place with a good impression to feel the fresh air and green surroundings with mist and ray of light. Meanwhile, this is also a good place to do routine workout such as jogging, stroll over the lake and jungle.


Jogging can make us to become:
ü  Better health condition, physical and mental pleasures.
ü  To overcome digestive problems.
ü  Neutralize depression.
ü  Increasing capacity to work and lead to active life.
ü  Overcome obesity.
